I'm tired, can barely walk, and every muscle in my body aches, but I managed to put together a report on my experience running the 2011 LA Marathon.  Hope you enjoy!  As always, hope to see your comments below and at jeffcannata@gmail.com.

Hey Jeff Congrats! You gotta savor that feeling of absolute and complete exhaustion...as it's hard to come by ;) But when you feel it, you know you've done something awesome!

I hope you know how inspiring that was! It was amazing. My husband and I had the LA Marathon runner tracking page up and we could see when you passed the milestones they had set up. :) We were cheering you on all the way!

Congrats on a PR for the LA Marathon! :)

Awesome. Nice work. Proud of you dude!

Congratulations! I ran it too. It was my first marathon. The weird thing was that I listened to the first 40 minutes of Weekend Confirmed during the race. (I didn't know you were in it until the I listened to the rest of the show on the drive home.) It would have been awesome if I heard you mention it during the actual marathon or better yet, as you ran by me. It would have been so meta!

Awesome stuff Jeff...glad to see you hit a new PR! I have done two marathons in much less respectable times. I can't imagine running in the rain like that though. Mad props!

Jeff, can you add RSS to your blog? I'd love to follow you but I don't care for twitter.

Just wondered when there will be another 'weekly' video blog post as it has nearly been a month since your last entry?

Dude, congrats on the marathon. Your video was great. You're headed for 4 hours! Thanks for sharing. Thanks, too, for the Daytrippers suggestion. Loved it, and I'm telling everyone I talk to about it.
