I'm tired, can barely walk, and every muscle in my body aches, but I managed to put together a report on my experience running the 2011 LA Marathon. Hope you enjoy! As always, hope to see your comments below and at jeffcannata@gmail.com.

It was very inspiring to watch - it's amazing to me that you are able to run a marathon AND record the experience on your iPhone. Congratulations - don't fret missing your target, you are still a winner (in the non-Charlie-Sheen sense)
Congrats man! I ran Sunday as well. First time marathoner. It was easily one of the most painful experiences I have been in. I finished 4:40.
That was cool Jeff, congrats - nice little tour of Los Angeles too
Jeff!
Congratulations! I watched your videos while you were preparing for the race and they really inspired me. I live in Louisville, KY and every year in the spring we have a huge festival for the two weeks leading up to the Kentucky Derby. One event during the festival is a marathon and half marathon. My girlfriend convinced me to run the half marathon this year having never run a day in my life. I watched your videos before I ever started my training and it was nice to be able to see someone else doing the same thing.
Again, congratulations on finishing the race (not to mention beating your own personal best) and I'm not rather excited about running MY race!
congrats on the marathon! I was out there doing my first full and shooting for 5:20. I hit the wall around 22 at the VA hospital. Ended up at 6:03. The weather was too much to handle. There's always next year. :)
Nice one Jeff, can't imagine doing that myself!
I hope you've regained the ability to walk...
Congrats!
Next up, Ragnar! :)
All I kept telling myself as I watched in amazement at Jeff's marathon accomplishment is "Who needs to wait for the Zack Snyder Super Man movie? We got our own "man of steel" right here folks!
Dude, congrats! Much respect to those that can do this.
BTW I'm rereading A Game of Thrones to prepare for the upcoming series. My expectations are high for HBO's take. I hope I'm not disappointed.
Great job Jeff and as always such an inspiration! I still remember the TRS episode in which you sucked raw eggs for the intro!
I liked your Canada sweater at the end hehe ;-)
Congratulations, Jeff! Sing it, man!
Congratulations. Something to be really proud of.
Good for you Jeff! This has really inspired me to give this a try! Glad you had a great time, your video is an inspiration!
Is that person changing behind you @ 7:41 ?
Congratulations Jeff. Don't be discouraged about missing the target time because the conditions certainly could not have benefitted the participants. Inspirational - and it was fun to get that little tour of L.A.!
Congrats!
Loved the Canada jacket.
Awesome. Next year 4:00?
You're great, Jeff. Awesome job!
Did you beat Oprah?
You are the man! Huge congrats.
